Getting started
How much does professional lighting cost?
Every project is quoted individually after a free design estimate. Price depends on things like the length of your rooflines, the height of the home, trees and landscaping, and which design elements you choose. We don't publish set prices because no two homes are the same, and we'd rather give you an exact number than a guess.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The design consultation and estimate are free, and there's no obligation to book.
When should I book holiday lighting?
As early as you can. Holiday installs are scheduled in the order designs are approved, so booking earlier gives you the most choice of install dates.
Which areas do you serve?
Pensacola, Pace, Milton and Gulf Breeze in Florida, and Baldwin County, Alabama, including Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, Foley, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. If you're nearby but not on that list, send a request anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Can I send photos of my home?
Yes, and it helps. You can add up to three photos to the free estimate form. It's optional.
Holiday lighting
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. Holiday lighting is a full service: we provide professional-grade lights as part of it, install them, maintain them through the season, then take them down and store them. There's nothing to buy and nothing to keep in your garage.
What if a bulb or strand goes out during the season?
Maintenance through the season is included. Call or email us and we'll fix it.
Will you put nails or holes in my roof?
No. Holiday lights are mounted with clips made for your roof, shingles or gutters, so they come off cleanly at takedown.
When do you take everything down?
After the holidays, on a date we set with you. We take down, pack and store your display, and it's ready to go again next season.
Can I use my own lights or decorations?
We install and maintain the lights we supply, which is how we keep the quality consistent and the maintenance simple. If you have a special piece you love, mention it during your design consult.
Do you do wreaths, garland and trees too?
Yes. Rooflines, windows, doors, wreaths, garland, trees, palms, shrubs, columns, railings and pathways can all be part of your design.
Permanent lighting
What is permanent lighting?
A low-profile LED system installed under your eaves once and left in place year-round. You control it from an app: warm white for everyday accent light, and any color or pattern for holidays, game days and celebrations.
Can you see it during the day?
Very little. The lights sit in a slim channel under the eave, chosen to blend with your trim, so the system is hard to spot in daylight.
Does it go through my roof?
No. It's mounted under the eave along the fascia or soffit, not through your roof.
Will my HOA allow it?
Many do, because it's nearly invisible by day. Rules vary, so we'll give you the product details and photos your architectural committee will want. We don't install until you have approval.
Can it show my team's colors?
Yes. Choose any colors in the app and save them as a scene. Try it on our Permanent Lighting page.

Do you work with property managers and multiple locations?
