The install

Clean, discreet and planned with you.

We walk the property with you, plan every run and decide where the controller and power will go. The lights are mounted under the eave along the fascia or soffit, not through your roof. When we're done, we set up the app on your phone and show you how it works.

Living with an HOA?

Because the system is nearly invisible by day, many communities allow it. We'll provide product details and photos for your architectural review request, and we don't install until you have approval.

Combine it with a holiday install

Permanent lighting covers the roofline. For wreaths, garland, trees and palms in December, add a GlowHaus holiday display on top.

What is permanent lighting?

A low-profile LED system installed under your eaves once and left in place year-round. You control it from an app: warm white for everyday accent light, and any color or pattern for holidays, game days and celebrations.

Can you see it during the day?

Very little. The lights sit in a slim channel under the eave, chosen to blend with your trim, so the system is hard to spot in daylight.

Does it go through my roof?

No. It's mounted under the eave along the fascia or soffit, not through your roof.

Will my HOA allow it?

Many do, because it's nearly invisible by day. Rules vary, so we'll give you the product details and photos your architectural committee will want. We don't install until you have approval.

Can it show my team's colors?

Yes. Choose any colors in the app and save them as a scene. Try it on our Permanent Lighting page.
