These terms govern your use of glowhauslightingco.com and your requests for estimates from GlowHaus Lighting Co LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“GlowHaus,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Estimates and services

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is not a contract. Lighting services are provided under a separate written agreement or invoice that sets out the design, price, schedule and terms for your project; if anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls for that project. We don't publish set prices: each quote is based on your property.

Service is offered in Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze and Baldwin County, AL. Requests from outside that area are reviewed case by case, and submitting one does not guarantee service.

Design concepts and images

Images labeled “design concept” or “illustrative render” are artist's renderings created to show design ideas. They are not photographs of completed GlowHaus projects, and actual results depend on your property, the products used and conditions on site.

Your information

You agree that information you send us is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no automated submissions, spam, attempts to break security, or unlawful use. The site's content, design and the GlowHaus™ name and logos belong to GlowHaus Lighting Co LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowHaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed.

SMS Terms

The following terms apply to text messages from GlowHaus Lighting Co. They are also published on our SMS Terms page.

Program description

GlowHaus Lighting Co. sends one-to-one, conversational text messages about your calls and estimates. If we miss your call to (850) 565-3202, we may send one text letting you know and inviting you to reply or call back to set up a free estimate. If you request an estimate, we may text you to confirm or reschedule your estimate appointment and about your service. We also reply to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional blasts.

How you opt in

• By calling (850) 565-3202. Before the call connects, a recorded greeting explains that if we miss your call we'll text you at that number, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out.
• By checking the optional, unchecked box on our estimate form: “Yes, GlowHaus Lighting Co. may text me about my estimate and appointment. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.”

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can get an estimate and our services without agreeing to texts.

Help and opting out

• Reply HELP (or INFO) for help, or call (850) 565-3202 or email support@glowhauslightingco.com.
• Reply STOPto cancel at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You'll receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages. See our Privacy Policy.
