Christmas & Permanent Roofline Lighting in Pace, FL
Pace has grown fast, and much of it is newer two-story homes in planned neighborhoods. That means tall gables, long rooflines and, often, an HOA with opinions.
Two-story builds with stacked gables look spectacular lit, but they're also the homes where a ladder and a weekend go wrong. We bring the lifts, the lights and the plan, and you get a finished install without climbing anything.
Many Pace neighborhoods have architectural guidelines. Permanent lighting in particular is designed to be nearly invisible by day, and we'll help you with what your HOA's architectural committee usually wants to see before they approve it.
Designing for Pace
What we plan for here.
Two-story gables
Tall, stacked gables are where precision shows. We measure each run so the bulb spacing lines up at the peaks.
HOA-friendly permanent lighting
A slim channel color-matched to your trim, so the system disappears in daylight. We'll provide product details for your approval request.
Whole-neighborhood entrances
Community entrances and amenity centers can be lit as a single, coordinated design for the season.
Holiday lighting
Designed, installed, maintained, then taken down and stored. Nothing to buy for your Pace home.

Pace FAQ
Local questions.
Will my HOA allow permanent lighting?
Many do, because the system is hidden by day. Rules vary by community, so we'll give you product specs and photos for your architectural review request. We don't install until you have approval.
My house is two stories. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Two-story homes are a normal install for us. We use the right equipment for the height and quote it in your free estimate.
