Call us or send a request online with a few details and, if you like, a photo of your property. We'll talk through what you're picturing, your timing and anything we should know, like HOA rules or gate access.

Measure & design
We look at your property, measure every roofline and plan where light goes: which lines, which accents, which colors, and how it all reads from the street. For permanent lighting we also plan power and controller placement.
Your part: Tell us what you love. We do the rest.

Your custom quote
You get a clear quote for your design. No set price lists and no surprises: every quote is built for your property.
Your part: Review, ask questions, approve when you're ready.

White-glove install
Our crew arrives with the lights and the equipment. Everything is mounted with clips made for your roof and gutters, wired neatly and tested. We leave your property as clean as we found it.
Your part: Very little. We'll arrange access with you ahead of time.

All-season care
If a bulb goes out or a strand comes loose, call or email us and we'll take care of it. Maintenance through the season is included.
Your part: Enjoy it.

Takedown & storage
After the holidays we take everything down on a date we set with you, then pack and store it. Permanent lighting simply stays, ready for the next occasion.
Your part: Nothing to store, and a head start on next year.
Design first
We design your home before we install.
Lighting looks best when it's planned around the architecture. Your design shows what goes where before anything is installed, so the finished result is exactly what you approved.
