This Privacy Policy explains how GlowHaus Lighting Co LLC(“GlowHaus,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit glowhauslightingco.com, request an estimate, call us, or text with us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and city, details about the lighting you want, your preferred timing, notes, and any photos you choose to upload.
• Text-message consent: if you opt in to texts, we record that you did, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page, your IP address and your browser's user agent, as proof of consent.
• Calls: when you call our business line we receive your phone number and call details (time, duration, and any voicemail). Calls may be recorded and transcribed, including calls answered by an automated assistant, so we can follow up accurately.
• Website usage: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you personally. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare your design and quote, schedule and perform services, and provide maintenance and takedown.
• To contact you by phone or email about your estimate and service, and by text only if you opted in or as described in our SMS Terms.
• To keep records of our work, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with the law.

Text messaging and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work, such as:

• website hosting and analytics (Vercel);
• our lead database (Neon);
• email delivery (Microsoft);
• business phone and text messaging (Aircall and, if used, Twilio);
• scheduling, quoting and customer-management software we may use to manage jobs.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.

Photos you upload

Photos you send with an estimate request are used only to design and quote your project. We won't publish them without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@glowhauslightingco.com.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of calls or email by telling us.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
