Christmas & Permanent Lighting in Pensacola, FL
From the steep, many-gabled Victorians of North Hill to brick ranches in Cordova Park, Pensacola rooflines are rarely simple. That's exactly where a designed install earns its keep.
Pensacola is our home base, and its housing stock is some of the most varied on the coast. Historic districts mix turrets, dormers and wraparound porches; mid-century neighborhoods are long, low and hip-roofed; newer builds stack gables two stories up. Each needs a different plan for where light goes and how it's fastened.
We measure every run, choose bulb spacing to suit the architecture, and mount everything with clips made for the roof material, never nails or staples. You get the finished look you saw in the design, without anyone on your roof but us.
Designing for Pensacola
What we plan for here.
Complex historic rooflines
Dormers, turrets and ornate trim get lit to follow the architecture, not fight it. We plan each line so it reads cleanly from the street.
Brick and mid-century ranches
Long, low hip roofs look best with crisp, evenly spaced C9s and lit shrubs to give the facade some depth.
Storm-season ready
Permanent channels are low-profile and fastened to the fascia, and holiday displays come down on schedule before the new year.
Holiday lighting
Designed, installed, maintained, then taken down and stored. Nothing to buy for your Pensacola home.

Pensacola FAQ
Local questions.
Can you light a historic home without damaging it?
Yes. We use clips matched to the roof and gutter material and never nail, staple or drill into historic trim for holiday installs. Permanent lighting is mounted under the eave in a slim channel; we'll walk you through exactly where before anything is installed.
Do you serve Perdido Key and the beaches?
Yes. Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach are in our service area. Salt air is harder on lighting, so beach installs get sealed connections and we inspect them during the season.
